community action to reduce energy use

Last November some of us lobbied Greg Clark MP as a way of influencing government legislation. Now the Stop Climate Chaos movement is asking us to meet him again to talk about the Energy Bill and how we can cut emissions as required by the Climate Change Act. The key is the issue of insulating homes properly, creating jobs to get this done and making landlords agree to the necessary steps. Is anyone up for this? We need to arrange an appointment. To learn more, go to www.rspb.org.uk/bigclimateconnection If we want to be more ambitious and organise a public meeting, there is useful info at www.thebigconnection.com Philip.
